Our Journey

Hailing from Lyon, the capital of French gastronomy, and raised by restaurateur and butcher parents, I naturally found my niche in the Restaurant industry. Not long after working abroad in the U.S. and completing my training in catering, I became a proud restaurant owner.

I share my passion and ambition with my wife and professional partner of 10 years. We are enjoying our American adventure with our children and quickly felt at home in our West Avenue neighborhood.

As owners of Oliver’s Bistro Miami Beach since 2015, a South Beach institution, we are carrying on a tradition built on great food, friendships, and sharing. We are proud to say that our restaurant has remained the same for 15 years and we invite you to discover or rediscover all that we have to offer.

We are here for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and our famous brunch.
